A short, fair policy. Twenty four hours notice is appreciated.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments
No shows (appointments missed without notice) will also be charged a $50 no show fee.
Why this policy
Late cancellations or missed appointments take away time that could have been offered to someone else in need of care. This fee is not meant to be punitive, but to help maintain fairness and efficiency in our schedule, and to ensure we can continue offering flexible and quality care to all our clients.
